Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Casa de Harley, an old style Mexican hacienda with modern 
conveniences.  This quaint, tranquil home, with it’s own private 
pool, is located in a secure gated community approximately 1 
kilometer from the world class Grand Bay Resort and approximately 20 
minutes north of the Manzanillo airport.  We are on the 
west edge of one of the largest coconut plantations in the world.

The open floor plan style is complimented, not only by Mexican tile 
throughout, but also by locally built rustic furniture.  This 2 
bedroom, 2 bathroom home has king size beds in both bedrooms as well 
as terraces off each of the bedrooms.  The living room has 12 foot 
folding doors that open directly onto a spacious patio and pool 
area.  The rooftop patio is not only a place to enjoy a cool drink 
or two, but also a place to watch the sunrise and sunset with 
spectacular panoramic views of the ocean, mountains and coconut 
plantations.  The ocean is just steps away for your daily walks or 
for watching the dolphins playing.  This very private beach is also 
a national preserve for turtles.  The ocean breeze offers 
comfortable temperatures and Mexican air conditioners (ceiling fans) 
are located throughout the house, inside and out, to offer further 
cooling if needed.

A small village of Colimilla is located within the Grand Bay Resort 
and approximately 14 km away is Barra de Navidad and Melaque where 
shopping abounds and where there are many excellent restaurants of 
varying cuisine.

Casa de Harley offers the ultimate tropical get-away!!  This private 
home is the perfect place to experience traditional Mexican life 
while enjoying comfortable accommodations.

A car rental is recommended.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Non smoking, UV water system, American/Canadian programmed 
Satellite, 26” TV, DVD, XM Satellite, CD stereo, Internet service,
washer & dryer,safe, large and small kitchen appliances, dishes & utensils, 
linens,towels, outdoor BBQ, outdoor shower, outdoor sink, pool maintenance 
3 times a week, maid service once a week, shaded terraces, hammocks 
for relaxing, and books are available for reading.

Activities and Attractions

There are ample activities in the area.  Here are a few:

Beaches, golfing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing, 
bicycle tours, boat tours, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, horseback 
riding, jet skiing, sightseeing, hiking, shopping, restaurants, 
daily bus tours.

October 1 to mid-December
$1365/week (7 day minimum) Check-in Saturday

Mid-December to mid-January & Easter
$1750/week (7 day minimum) Check-in Saturday

Mid-January to May 31 (excluding Easter)
$1365/week (7 day minimum) Check-in Saturday

June 1 to September 30
$1050/week (7 day minimum) Check-in Saturday

$200 damage deposit

50% non-refundable deposit required upon booking with remainder to 
be paid in full 30 days prior to rental.  This is a first come, 
first served basis.  Time is NOT considered reserved until deposit 
is received.  Deposit will be returned if we are able to find other 
renters for those dates.
