Vacation Rental Description

You are invited to stay in my personal vacation home on Big Pine Key, 
in Pine Channel Estates.  This beautiful 2/2 stilt home is just a 5 
minute boat ride from New Found Harbor and either the Gulf or the 
Atlantic.  There is a 75 ft cement dock with swim ladder and outdoor 
shower.  The yard is fenced and the lots on each side are vacant which 
add to your privacy. The yard has many tropical plants and is well 
maintained.  Upstairs there is a large screened in porch that
overlooks the deep 
water canal. This is a No smoking rental

Activities and Attractions

Come see Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, the best diving in the Florida 
keys. Just a short ride from your back door! Fishing the flats or the 
the reefs or the deep water, they are all only minutes away from your 
boat dock.  No Boat? you can either rent a boat nearby at New Found 
Harbor or book a charter at one of several companies at the end of 
the street.  If wildlife is what you look for , there is much of Big 
Pine Key that is not developed.  Kayaking through the mangroves or 
watching the Key Deer can be a real treat.  Key West is just 30 miles 
west of Big Pine, for shopping, dining and colorful history. Enjoy a 
sunset at Mallory Square or a ride on a tall sailing ship. Key west 
has much to offer.  My favorite is sitting on the porch overlooking

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rate is $2250, if booking 2 consecutive months rate is $2000, 
if booking 4 consecutive months $1800, with a $100 cleaning fee due 1 
week in advance of your stay. A refundable security deposit of $1000 
is required 4 weeks in advance of your stay.  NO subletting !
