Vacation Rental Description

   Why stay in a small hotel room when you can spread out in your 
own little 2 bedroom cottage-style duplex in beautiful EAST Delray 
Beach -- South Florida's most beautiful beach. Freshly decorated, 
this cottage includes everthing you need to make this your home away 
from home.
     Located only minutes to the beach, the cottage offers a quiet 
family neighborhood.  Minutes to shopping, trendy Downtown Delray 
restaurants and shops, the public acquatic center and tennis center 
(host to the Davis cup), this is where you would want to be for your 
tropical get-away!

Vacation Rental Amenities

     Each cottage offers a full serivce kitchen, all linens, bath 
towels and beach towels, comfortable furniture, TV and DVD, and air-
conditioning.  Master bedroom provides a queen sized bed, dresser, 
and amoire while the second bedroom offers two twin beds and dresser.

     There is a washer/dryer for each cottage and each has its own 
private yard with tropical foliage.  Lawn furniture is provided as 
well as a barbeque grill!

We'll even provide beach chairs for your enjoyment!

Activities and Attractions

The BEACH -- of course! 

All outdoor activities:  swimming, boating, biking, fishing, 
parasailing, parasurfing, etc.  A major Tennis center is located 
only a few minutes from the cottage with over 40 tennis courts 
available at reasonable rates.  A public acquatic center is within 
walking distance.

There is no comparison to South Florida's shopping -- all major 
retailers, restaurants -- or just people watch on Atlantic Avenue!

May - November 2008  $700/week  MULTIPLE WEEK DISCOUNT
Dec. 2008 - Jan 2009 $900/week  MONTH = $3,250
February 2009                   MONTH = $3,500
March - April 2009   $900/week  MONTH = $3,250
May - November 2009  $800/week  MULTIPLE WEEK DISCOUNT

To Reserve: Deposit 50% total stay bank check or money order Balance due upon arrival cash, money 
            order or bank check.
Damage Deposit:  $250 Refundable upon departure inspection
