room are completed with telephones,Cable TV, High-Speed Wireless Internet, DVD/VHS entertainment and 
complimented by private patios.  This newly remodeled home away from home includes ALL new 
appliances, tile flooring throughout, slab granite counter tops, a fully equipped kitchen and a 
dinette area for four.

May, Oct-Nov .. $585/week .. $1925/month.
Dec-Apr ....... $715/week .. $2350/month.
50% of the payment is due at the time of reservation.  The balance is due 7 days before check in.
$500 damage security deposit.
$100 non refundable cleaning fee.
Pets are welcome (2 dogs max) with an additional $300 damage security deposit.
