porch. Our home is located very close to the ocean. There are no
condos to block your view. Walk one minute past three houses and you are on a private beach. You can feel the sun shinning through this light and
airy home. The sunroom has a sofa, twin day bed and a desk to plug your laptop into the internet. In the living room relax on
the reclining sofato watch your favorite show on satellite TV. The
kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and appliances to include a microwave, glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. It is an eat
in kitchen with a table and four chairs. The master bedroom has a 
king size bed. The master bathroom has an oversized shower. The 2nd
bedroom has a two full size beds. The main bathrooom has a shower/bathtub. The enclosed garage is an oversized one car garage. In the additional space in garage are two diner style booths to invite over extra friends or somewhere to relax. Our Beach home is awaiting you to make your time at the beach a memorable one. Watch the sunset on the beach or fish from
a large public fishing pier overlooking the Halifax River.
