condos on the beach in this area of Ormond Beach. Walk one minute past four houses and you are on a semi private beach. You can feel the sun shinning through this light and
airy home. The sunroom has a sofa, twin day bed and a desk to plug your laptop into the internet. In the living room relax on the reclining sofa to watch your favorite show on satellite TV. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and appliances including a microwave, glass top stove/oven and dishwasher. It is an eat in kitchen with a table and four chairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The master bathroom has an oversized shower. The 2nd bedroom has a two full size beds. The main bathrooom has a shower/bathtub. The enclosed garage is an oversized one car garage. In the additional space in garage are two diner style booths to invite extra friends or somewhere to relax. Our Beach home is awaiting you to make your time at the beach a memorable one. Watch the sunset on the beach or fish from a large public fishing pier overlooking the Halifax River.
