A wonderful condo in a great community

The strongest recommendation I can give is that my wife and I are currently leasing this property this fall and winter. We like the condo and the community so much that we have already arranged to return here at the same time next year.

The property has two bedrooms, two baths (the guest bedroom has a tub/shower and the master has a large shower), a two-car attached garage with an automatic garage door opener and another device that opens the entry gates to the community. There is cable TV in each bedroom as well as in the living room and wireless internet connectivity is provided. The condo is clean, well-designed, and nicely furnished. It has two bedrooms and a bit less than 1200 square feet of living space plus a nice patio. The space is well designed with a nicely equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a spacious living/dining area with the two bedrooms and bathrooms nicely separated in different parts of the condo.

The property is located in an absolutely wonderful 55+ gated community. There are gorgeous places within this gated senior community to walk safely any time day or night and a marvelous clubhouse with almost every imaginable exercise and recreational option available including a multitude of exercise classes that my wife enjoys immensely. The clubhouse includes all the usual amenities plus a small but lovely movie theater where free movies and free popcorn are available daily. There is also a library with a nice assortment of books available for anyone who wishes to borrow them.

The community is beautifully landscaped and the views are spectacular. In the area of the club house near the pool and hot tub, one can stand among palm trees and look to the south at the range of snow-covered mountains including Mt. San Gorgonio which is the highest peak in Southern California and the Big Bear ski area. To the east is a view of the range of mountains including Mt. San Jacinto which towers over Palm Springs.

The days trips in this area are spectacular. Must see places include Joshua Tree National Park, Big Bear, and the cities in the Coachella Valley including Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert among others. It’s about an 80 minute drive to the Beach Cities of Orange County and the Los Angeles metro.

I've worked with Tracey who owns the unit with her husband. She is terrific and a very easy person with whom to communicate. In summary, we love the condo and the community and recommend it highly.
