The Powder House is located in the Cimarron at Steamboat development
which is a recently completed luxury property, a mere five minute
walk from the gondola and base area of the ski mountain. Cimarron
consists of twenty-three privately owned units each reflecting the
personal tastes of their owners. The construction design of the town
house is log post and beam style which perfectly reflects its Rocky
Mountain locale. Radiant heating is used through out the house and
the addition of air conditioning will be a welcome option during the
warm summer days. The Powder House is a five bedroom town house with
over 3000 square feet of living area and five and a half bathrooms.
There are two master suites with king beds and two bedrooms that have
queen beds. The fifth bedroom is designed for singles and children
with a bunk bed and a trundle. Every bedroom has an HD flat screen
television. Each of the bedrooms has a private access bathroom, all
with showers and two with tubs.
