North Coast Village at the Oceanside Harbor in Oceanside

make North Coast Village a peaceful retreat. Add heated pools,
romantic jacuzzi's, a fully equipped gym with two saunas, putting
green, three pingpong centers and a billiard room in the clubhouse
and we're just getting started on the amenities. This is a great
place to bring your family and we have literally hundreds of rave
reviews from our past guests. There is so much for everyone to do
whether enjoying family time - bbq's and swimming - or visiting all
the great attractions like Disneyland, The Wild Animal Park, San
Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm and
Legoland.
When it is nearing the end of the day we invite you to stroll down
to
the seawall and sip a glass of champagne as you watch the sun slide
into the sea... or if you prefer, capture it all from the privacy of
your deck.. The photo with the palm tree and sunset was taken from
our deck during the winter. The other photo was taken from the
seawall - either way you won't be disappointed. When night fall
comes you will be enchanted by the lights of the pool and
landscaping. Enjoy our custom built dining counter on our balcony
sit up high and see the surf - drink, or eat outside all year long!
If your vacation is during the Christmas Holiday - you
will be overwhelmed at our award winning holiday lighting Display.
Our condos are beautifully appointed with everything you need to be
comfortable and right at home. All of our furnishings are in
excellent condition. Our couches and chairs are done in matching
navy blue and taupe pin striped cotton on whitewashed wicker
frames.  Outside dining counters built into our deck for entertaining.
Virtually everything is clean and in good condition. All new
doors and windows - new carpet and appliances in 2007. High speed
DSL for laptop users - ethernet cable, printer and workstation
are provided on our small computer table. You bring your laptop.
Mster Bdrm has a Sealy Posture Pedic - luxury firm Calif King
with a tempur-pedic topper, a new Queen Sofa Bed
(inner spring mattress) in the Living Room, and two twin sized
Costco
futons which you may place as you wish. There is also a portable
crib for infants up to 30lbs, and a toddler spiderman foam couchbed.
Our electronic amenities include two color tv's, one VCR and one
DVD/VCR combo unit all with front AV jacks for nintendo games. We
feature a video library with close to 50 current releases offering a
wide selection from Disney to the Matrix. We also have a nice
quality Stereo with CD/Tape/AM/FM in the living room and a small Cd
Alarm clock in the bedroom. Not everyone can come and play without
taking care of a little bit of business. We sure can't.. so our
master bdrm is set up with a computer desk, fax machine and an HP
printer with a USB printer cable and High Speed internet DSL via
Ethernet connection. Your computer must be ethernet ready - with a
card or an ethernet port avail. If you don't have a more modern
computer capable of using our DSL high speed internet, be sure to
bring a local dial up number for connecting to the internet over the
regular phone line.
The kitchen is fully equipped right down to a cappuccino machine,
and should you feel up to it, capable of preparing a full
Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. We have everyday dishes in
plain white - plus our buffet is stocked with fine china in a harbor
theme along with support pieces in case you care to entertain. Our
bar is stocked with champagne flutes, tumblers, martini glasses -
wine glasses - we even include the blender for your margaritas.
All rentals include towels,linens, bedding and pillows. Everything
is of the highest quality - and we offer both Down and Cotton
comforters. We have both Down and Polyfill Pillows - even Duvet
covers for our comforters. There are Beach chairs, beach towels,
beach mats, coolers, umbrellas, and a volleyball. WE do NOT keep
boogie boards in our unit any longer. You may purchase good boards
in town, at the harbor and less expensive boards at Walmart year
round. A tub full of sand toys is always provided for children of
all ages.
WE are VERY exited to announce the purchase of 2 additional beach
condos at North Coast Village. Our newest additions are a 1 bdrm 1
bath E building condo almost directly across from this unit (with
beach and harbor views) - and a 2 bdrm 2 bath cottage unit with
garden and waterfall views. With the newest additions - planning a
family reunion or group reservation is now easier than ever!

North Coast Village is a beach front complex. I am told we are the
largest planned unit development on the Pacific Ocean. This unit is
just 50 yards from the sand with views of the ocean both distant and
near from inside and outside. Our complex offers two heated pools
and two jacuzzi's. We have a lovely cardroom Clubhouse with
billiards
and a full gym for adults over 18 years. There are two Saunas (men
and women) plus 3 pingpong rooms in the complex. You may rent
equipment with proper ID and credit card - or bring your own from
home. The Koi Pond Clubhouse (party room) has yoga classes on
Wednesday (free to anyone). There are two lovely Playgrounds on the
sand three blocks away in one direction, and one block away in the
other. NCV is on the edge of the Oceanside Harbor with boat
rentals,
harbor excursions, sunset dinner sailings - kayaks and pedal boats
for rent. If you would like to learn to surf - you may visit Team
Wahine the local surf school and join one of the weekly sessions.
Also at the harbor are many fine restaurants - gift shops and
specialty stores - from the beach version of Starbucks to nightly
entertainment and more. All of this is within walking distance.
For those flying or driving in - we offer after hours check in 365
days per year. Our complex is both gated and patroled - we have our
own permanent security patrol on duty 24/7 365/365. Garages are
underground - also gated, patroled and with surveilance camera.
The Max occupancy is 4 in a 1 bdrm unit - this number ncludes infants. Sleeping
arrangments which include more than 4 bed types are designed to
offer maximum flexibility for families of every configuration - and are
not intended to allow overcrowding by adding more than the permitted
number of guests.
Our main pool offers a large group professional GAS BBQ with a lanai
cabana and several bbq tables. This area is opposite our unit and
offers outdoor cooking and dining with views of the pool and ocean.
Underground secured private parking is restricted and numbered for 1
car. If Additional parking is required, it is in a City public lot
at night for free (with proper NCV TAG)or for a nominal fee all day
in the same lot. There is also very limited (50 spaces) restricted guest
parking in the complex.

This is an oceanfront condominium complex of approximately 17 acres,
with 550 units in a lushly landscaped tropical motif. While it
appears to be a resort condo complex, it isn't. All of the condo
units are privately owned and managed - approximately 50 are short
term rentals, like ours. The Homeowner's Association has a required
registration fee of $23 for short term rentals (per guest visit).
This fee adds you to the patrol registration - provides for key
check-
in and checkout and assures you will be notified of repairs or
maintenance within your building. No additional services are
provided by the HOA to short term guests. Occupancy limits must be
observed, along with all published rules and regulations. Our
complex is oceanfront along San Diego'slargest beach in Oceanside,
California. We are 30 minutes North of the San Diego International
Airport. We are 45 minutes South of Disneyland. Other landmarks
are
Legoland (10 minutes) DelMar Race Track (20 min) Carlsbad Factory
Stores (10 min) San Diego Zoo (30 min) Los Angeles Int'l Airport
(1:45). Your family can play at the sea shore, boat out of our
local
harbor which borders the complex to the North, fish from the longest
municipal pier in California just one block south...and just plain
relax.

Rates for our 1 bdrm units start at these prices - holiday rates are
higher - and require a 7 night booking. Please add 10% tax and $127 cleaning and registration for a total price per reservation in our 1 bdrm slightly higher in our 2 bdrm unit.
