This large and spaciouse 2brm 2bth beach front condo is located in 
the heart of downtown Rosarito. About a 30 minute drive south of the 
US border. It is on the fifth floor of La Jolla De Rosarito. One of 
the favorable quality about this condo is, although there is a ton 
of action all around the city, when it's time for some peace and 
quiet, the condos two bedrooms are enclosed within. Doors to both of 
the bedrooms shut out the downtown life. However the master room 
still does offer an ocean view, if you wish to keep the double doors 
open.

Satelite TV. Kitchen, Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee Maker, 
Stove/Oven, Pots/Pans, Dishes, Towels, Linnens, An Awsome View.

Activities and Attractions

This condo is locaded in the heart of downtown. One can shop, dine, 
enjoy evenings out in the night life, dance, bar hop, take long 
walks on the beach, surf, ride horses. You name it!  

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates (May through October)
1-4 People, $150, ($15 extra per person, up to 6 people)  
1-6 People, $850/week
1-6 People, $2,000/month,  (does not include utilities)
Winter Rates (November through April)            
1-2 People, $100/night, ($15 extra per person, up to 6 
people)                                                                     
1-6 People $650/week, ($50 
utilities)                                                                  
1-6 People $1,300/month, (does not include utilities) 
Holidays and Special Events, $200/night, $900/week
Additional Fee
$40 cleaning fee, (one time) ) (cleaning fee cash is brought to Carmen the on site manager)
$150 Security Deposit, this is %100 returnable
($200 Extra security deposit with a pet)
