Note! Dwelling is only 5 miles from the ocean.  Picture is of the 
community pool only a few blocks away.
This is not your typical rental property.  This beautiful new (2004) 
villa is used by the owners as a summer home 5 months out of the year 
so you know it is comfortable.

Weclome to a quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood in a gated golfing 
community.  You will love this 3 BR 2 bath villa with a large 2 car 
garage that includes a workbench.

It is located on the Atlantic Ocean side of Florida near Stuart 
between Vero and Palm Beach. 

You will not be able to find a better location.  Shopping, swimming, 
and golf all within biking distance.  The ocean and beaches are just 
5 miles.  Fishing, boating, snorkeling or scuba are all close at hand.

This area is called the Gold Coast of Florida aptly named for the 
gold and other ship wreck artifacs that wash ashore after storms.

Owner is flexible so contact owner for any special situations.

Note!  This is not one of those high rises where kids run up and down 
the metal stair cases and back and forth across the front balcony 
past your front door.  This is not one of those places where you have 
to leave your car in the hot sun all day and have to clean the salt 
spray every morning.  This house is in a quiet residential 
neighborhood and great for your quite vacation.

Ocean swimming - 5 miles 
Pool swimming - beautiful community pool a few blocks away
Fishing (ocean) - welcome to the sailfish capital of the world 
Fishing (river) - fishing in the local St. Lucie or Indian Rivers 
Snorkeling - great snorkeling in nearby area waters
Golf - Golf courses too numerous to mention 
Shopping - Tresure Coast Mall boasts 120 stores and is located only 
1/2 mile from the entrance of community.
Biking - Great bicycling in this totally flat area of Florida. Two  
bikes are provided.
Tennis - 6 beautiful tennis courts located at the community center
Eating - restaurants too many to count.  
Movie theaters - 16 right in the mall 3 blocks away from the  
community.
Baseball - PROs - Spring training for the NY Mets is just up the 
street.  There are numerous other teams that hold spring training 
within easy driving distance.
Baseball - MINORS - The St. Lucie Mets 'A' league team plays at the 
same stadium
Boating - Buy, rent or charter a boat for cruizing or fishing.
Theaters - there are numberous live theaters in the area hosting 
shows and play for all tastes
Museums - number of these including the Burt Reynolds Museum which is 
a lot of fun.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan, Feb, and Mar $2550 per month  
Dec, April, May $1600 per month  

Priority will be given to renters requesting dates that include the 
Jan, Feb, and, March "high season."

Deposit $1500 to be paid in advance to hold the property.   This will 
be refunded in the event of cancellation if at least 30 days notice 
is given and the property is rented for the full term of the original 
reservation.  Please allow at least 30 days for refund.

Full rent to be paid with signed contract.

Renter pays the electric bill and the $100 cleaning fee.  Renter pays 
tax and Association fee.

Sorry, no smoking allowed.  Will consider small well behaved dog for full season renters.
