direct 180 degree view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, living
room and master bedroom. At the dining table, all you see is
glittering water. Inside, there is bright, ocean-themed decor.
Condo building sits directly on an uncrowded, wide beach with sea oats
and protected nesting areas for turtles.
Quiet, beautiful 5th floor location (with elevators).
Watch your kids from the balcony -- on the beach, swimming or playing
tennis. You might even spot dolphins frolicking in the surf, we have!

Spacious (non-smoking) condo sleeps 2-7 comfortably. Master bedroom
with king, 2nd bedroom with queen bed, 3rd bedroom with two twins
(and optional single futon mattress). Also a pull-out sofa in living
area to add flexibility.
Full kitchen (equipped with new stainless steel appliances), two full bathrooms, in-unit full-size washer and drier, wet bar, TV's with cable, DVD and 2 VCR's, CD player, radio. Free high-speed wireless connection.

We accept check or paypal payment due in full 30 days prior to check-in
Each rental must be secured by a $100 (per week) reservation and
security deposit ($200 for prime weeks) received within 5 days of the reservation.(prime time larger deposits)

30 day cancellation notice required for refund (minus a $50
administration fee)
