Thompson Lake Cabin With Gorgeous Sunset Views in Oxford

This privately owned cabin is located in South Western Maine on
Thompson Lake in the Town of Oxford. It is situated on the east side
of the lake on a quiet camp road with several other cottages of
similar style in a wooded setting. The cabin is approximately 100
feet from the water with its own floating dock and swimming area.
Thompson Lake is approximately 12 miles long with depths up to 121
feet. The lake water is extreemly clean with the bottom visable at
depths up to 35 feet. The clear waters are habitat for a number of
fish species including Brook and Brown Truot, Large and Small Mouth
Bass, Salmon, Perch and others. Mount Washington can be seen from
parts of the Lake. It is a quiet lake with modest boat traffic. The
shoreline is varied, with long stretches of undeveloped shore,
shallow sandy areas and some steep and rocky shore. The shore at the
cabin has a sandy and small pebbles bottom with a depth that is
suitably shallow for young swimmers.
The cabin has three bedrooms, an open living/dining/kitchen area, a
new bathroom with shower, a screen porch and a deck. The full kitchen
is newly installed.

$975 per week plus 7% Maine sales tax
$700 per week in June and September plus 7% Maine sales tax
$300 security deposit
$75 cleaning and trash removal fee
50% of total rental cost due at contract signing,
balance and security deposit due 30 days prior to rental date
Weekly rentals only, Saturday 2:00 PM to Saturday 10:00 AM
Cancellation and refunds: If a suitable tenant can be found, you will
receive all of your funds less 10% of the total rental cost. This
represents the cost of finding another tenant.
