Sweet Pea Cottage in Bozeman

Built in 1964, this two bedroom one bath house has been newly
remodeled with a combination of vintage charm and modern amenities.
It has a queen in one bedroom and a twin and an oversized bunk bed
(that fold out to a queen)in another-to sleep a total of six. A
fully stocked kitchen and large dining room table offer the comforts
of cooking and staying in. We also have cable TV/VCR and phone. The
Sweet Pea Cottage is an cute comfortable house that you are sure to
enjoy!

Have a vacation in a Home away from Home! Sweet Pea Cottage is
located in one of the most popular recreational destinations for all
seasons in the world! The Sweet Pea Cottage is conveniently located
two blocks from historic main street in downtown Bozeman, Montana.
Restaurants, museums, galleries, spas and shopping are all easily
within walking distance. It offers a private back yard with a cherry
and three apple trees to pick from. Or enjoy outdoor seating for a
relaxing soak in that wonderful Montana "Big Sky"!

If you would like to partake in the many outdoor activities that
southwest Montana has to offer they are all within minutes of our
cottage. Our area offers unique experiences for all levels of
fitness and abilities.
Bike, Hike, and Climb - there are many trails intertwined throughout
Bozeman and beyond. (A trails map is available at the cottage for
your use while you stay). Want to watch and experience Montana's
wildlife? Beyond the possibiliites that the local area has to offer,
the wonderous and mysterious Yellowstone Park is a beautiful 90
minute drive away!
Skiing-Downhill and Cross Country- Stay with us and Bridger Bowl and
Bohart are an easy 20 minutes drive and Big Sky and Moonlight Basin
are a one hour drive.
River Activities-Interested in whitewater rafting or fly fishing on
one of the many well-known rivers in Montana like the Gallatin,
Madison or Yellowstone rivers? We can help with locating fishing and
hunting guides, boat rentals and shuttles.

only the next street over! Have you ever soaked in a natural hot

Celebrating a special occasion? We can help set you up with catering
or even babysitting! Please ask - we can offer you personalized
service and want your stay to make memories!

$950.00 per week, based on a four person occupancy. $150 per night
for a shorter stay. Additional person per night:$15.00 each. The
cottage can sleep a total of six.
Sweet Pea Cottage Payment terms- We accept cash, certified check, or
money orders. A 25% deposit is required with in ten days of a
reservation booking. Balance to be paid in full ten days prior to
arrival.
Sweet Pea Cottage Cancellations and Refunds- Cancellations made one
month before arrival date will recieve a full refund. Reservations
cancelled within one month of arrival date will result in full loss
of deposit.
