much more). Close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown.  Includes  
outside shower, large covered front porch, 2-car garage with room  
for bikes, and a large roof top deck with a view of the ocean and  
the bay.  Location is perfect!  Close enough to walk to the beach,  
boards and downtown, but far enough so you don't have to worry about  
parking!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Three bedrooms including two with queen size beds and one with two  
twin beds.  Also, queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.   
Washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, two TVs with VCR and DVD  
players, two-zoned central air, ceiling fans in all three bedrooms  
and in great room.  All the amenities of home!  NON-SMOKING and NO  
PETS.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 Rental Rates 
Saturdays beginning March 31 through June 16th: $1,200 per week 
Saturday beginning June 23rd: $1,800 per week 
Saturdays beginning June 30th through August 18th:  $2,400 per week 
Saturday beginning August 25th: $1,800 per week 
Saturdays beginning September 1st through October 27th: $1,200 per  
week
