Vacation Rental Description

What a spectacular location!  'Casa Selva Caribe' is a brand new 
villa is set in the exclusive gated community of Playacar, within 
the Playamar development.  The private patio leads out to the jungle 
views - between the villa and the golf course is only jungle!  The 
front of the villa is just steps from the large shared pool and the 
famous Xaman-Ha bird sanctuary which is adjacent to the pool and 
just a few metres from the villa.  Numerous tropical birds visit the 
pool area and with luck you may even spot a toucan around the pool.

From the patio or the upstairs terrace, the only sounds are the 
beautiful tropical bird song. You can relax on the private terrace 
and watch the sunset over the trees.  Despite this beauty and 
tranquility, it is just a short walk across the road, past the mayan 
ruins to the beach, or about 5 minutes to the shops and restaurants 
of Paseo del Carmen and 5th Avenue.

This brand new villa was opened in 2007.  

Villa features:

2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each ensuite.  There is a large, shared, 
swimming pool just steps from your front door.  The large lounge has 
spectacular jungle views from two full length windows.  It has a 
sofa bed for larger groups.  Every room has ceiling fans and air 
conditioning, although the generous high ceilings give a luxurious 
and cool feel even on the hot days.  The master bedroom has a 
jacuzzi and a private terrace with  more great jungle views - you 
can sit in the jacuzzi with the open window and enjoy views of the 
jungle and listen to tropical bird song.  The second bedroom has 
great views to the front and the swimming pool and bird sanctuary.

Throughout the villa, the modern stylish Italian and Mexican 
furnishings compliment the house style.

The large open plan lounge has a sofa bed.  There are two large 
patio windows with jungle views. There is a downstairs bathroom. 

Large shared swimming pool is just steps from the front of the villa.

Sky TV and Multi region DVD player.  Plasma screen tv.  
Music CD player.

Patio: Lounge leads to paved and fully furnished patio which is 
secluded and enjoys jungle views.  There is a large patio gas grill for eating outside.
The master bedroom has a private terrace with jungle views towards the golf course.

Fully equipped Kitchen with all cooking utensils provided. Refrigerator, microwave etc.

Separate fully equipped laundry room.

Linens Provided, maid service.  Our professional property management 
agents present the villa to a high standard and will be available to 
assist you during your stay. 

WiFi Internet access is available free of charge for guests.

Caribbean beach is just a few minutes walk away through the nearby 
park, which has its own Mayan ruins.

Low season                      $1100/week.
High season   Dec 15-May 01     $1500/week.
Christmas                       $2500/week. 
Minimum rental period is 3 nights - on a pro-rata rate basis.
