This beautiful 1920's art & crafts cottage boasts 9 foot ceilings,
gourmet kitchen, Italian tile baths, claw foot tub, walk in shower,
king master & queen guest room, spacious front porch with Grandpa's
swing, central air & heat. Conveniently located on North Carolina
Scenic Byway - Highway 64, just 1 mile from Hendersonville's historic
Main Street. This cottage is located at the edge of one of Laurel
Park's scenic walking neighborhoods. Originally, this cottage was
built by the owner of a local Gladiola farm. Before the neighborhood
became a neighborhood in the 1930's it was home to acres of flowers!
Modern luxuries now abound including free high-speed internet, cable
TV, hot tub & more.

Relax on the front porch or spend some time in your own private hot
tub with a glass of vino. You're also only minutes from the DuPont
State Forest where you'll find over 80 miles of hiking and biking
trails through waterfall country and dozens of waterfalls. Also,
close by is the Pisgah National Forest where you can spend days
hiking to the areas most spectacular waterfalls as well as fly
fishing on the Davidson River where there are more trophy trout per
mile than any other stream in the country. All of this and yet only 1
mile from the antique and crafters mecca of downtown Hendersonville!

* $65 Cleaning Fee per stay.
