Cimarron Bay Vacation Home - 19 MM Lake of the Ozarks in Lake of the Ozarks

This spacious lakefront vacation rental home is situated on the 19
Mile Marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. The home features two master
suites with King Size beds, a jetted tub, walk in closets and
private walk out decks that overlook the lake. A huge deck that is
near the water allows for a large family get together complete with
a barbecue grill, picnic table and room for sunbathing.
Inside the home, the main level living room is equipped with a queen
size sofa sleeper. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a
private walk out deck. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Cable
TV, wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal
and breakfast bar alongside the dining room table that seats 6.
Full dining utensils, linens, pots, pans, bath towels are included
with each stay.
The home is right on the water and a short boat ride to many
lakeside restaurants. Your boat is more than welcome at our 2 well
dock complete with boat lifts and attached swim platform.
By car a short drive across the community bridge to Osage Beach and
the Premium Factory Outlet Mall.  Situated on the Shawnee Bend, you
are near any part of the lake.

June: $2400/week or $400 per night with 5 night minimum
July: $2700/week $450 per night with 5 night minimum
August $2700/week or $450 per night with 5 night minimum
Fall Rates: $1000/week or $250 per night (begins the day after Labor Day through Oct. 31st)
Spring Rates: $1000/week or $250 per night (begins April 1st through Thursday prior to Memorial Day)
Winter Rates: $700/week or $175 per night (Nov. 1 through March 31)
All Reservations subject to 10.975% Sales & Occupancy Taxes as well as
a $125 cleaning fee.
50% deposit upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to
your arrival
