clean, well kept condo, used by the owner on a regular basis. Located on Okaloosa Island 
in Fort Walton Beach, FL, at 683 Nautilus Court.  Limited gulf view.  Thirty yards from the 
white sands of the Emerald Coast, beach side of Santa Rosa Blvd. No roads to cross to 
reach the sand. Dedicated beach access.

Check available dates through the calendar link listed above.

Cashier's check or money order preferred.  Personal checks will be accepted but 
reservation dates will not be confirmed until the check clears the bank.

RATES 
Winter . . Jan 1 - March 1 . . . $650/week
Spring . . March 2 - May 24 . . . $675/week 
Summer . . May 25 - Sept 6 . . . $700/week 
Fall . .   Sept 7 - Nov 1 . . . $675/week
**Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day weeks . . . $750/week

$60 cleaning fee. 

$200 DEPOSIT REQUIRED AT TIME OF BOOKING TO HOLD YOUR RESERVATION. 
Upon your arrival it serves as damage deposit during your stay.  
The deposit is refunded within 30 days after departure if there is no damage. 

Full reservation fee must be received 30 days prior to arrival date. 
Cancellations must be received 30 days in advance of arrival date to receive full deposit 
refund.
