  Romantic 3bedroom 2 bath quaint San roque cottage nestled in the  
foothills of Santa Barbara. This home is located in a quiet area with  
mountain views from the front of the home.  The home is conveniently  
located in the heart of Santa Barbara, walking distance to the  
mission as well as upper State St. and shops. The beach is a short 5  
minute drive. There is also a studio apt at the rear of the property  
that can be rented at an additional cost. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

  The amenities of this home include air conditioning, 42" plasma  
T.V, bosh dishwasher as well as laundry facilities. The master  
bedroom has exquisite antique furnishings and is equipped with a  
queen sized bed. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen bed  and has it's  
own private bath. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and an antique  
highboy dresser. The 2nd Bath has a jucuzzi tub as well as a shower.  
There is also a BBQ area with an outdoor patio set that has seating  
for eight.
