Vacation Rental Description

Situated on a quiet street, Our Home to Share (Time to share our  
home)is located just a short walk (4 blocks)to South Beach and Kids Korner.   
An easy bike ride aprx (8 blocks)to town for: shopping, dining or to visit your  
favorite watering hole.  
 
Relax in the hammock with a book. 
Grill your favorite entree on the charcoal grill.  
Enjoy a game of Corn Hole or Bocce Ball. 
Sip a cup of joe on a front porch rocking chair while enjoying the  
morning sun  
End your day by watching the sunset off the banks of lake Michigan.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Large Living - Dining room combo 
   Large 29" TV/DVD  (local stations only)Bring your own movies. 
Fully equipped kitchen. 
  Let us do your shopping for you.  (Additional fees will apply) 
Two large bedrooms

Vacation Rental Rates

Simple yet relaxing cottage in a quite neighborhood. 
 
Oct through April Special:  $250.00 per week Sat.-Sat. 
$75.00 cleanign fee and $500.00 deposit. 
 
$750.00 SAT-SAT 4 person maximum.  
Nightly rates available @ $150.00 per night with a 3 night minimum. 
Cleaning fee of $75.00 
Check in 3:00pm 
Check out 11:00am. 
 
 
 
To reserve your date the fees below 1/2 rental fee is due with in tens days of  
booking.  If payment has not been recieved the dates will  
automatically become open. If you book with in the 10 days of your rental date 
we do not except personal checks. Please review contract. 
 
Rental fee $750.00 plus: 
$500.00 deposit (seperate check)  
$75.00 cleaning fee  
Signed contract 
We except Cash, personal checks,certified check or money order. 
We reserve the right to modify rental fees without notice prior to booking.
