Hale Pali on the Sea in Milolii Beach

Hale Pali is a beautiful (non-smoking) OCEANFRONT home, completed spring 2006. This Beachhouse is
located in the quiet and peaceful Milolii Beach Lots. You will love cooking in the fully
equipped, Rick Hartman designed, gourmet kitchen. Take a cool dip in our 4000 gallon "Natural" Pool
or just "chill" while lounging on our private white sand beach. “Techie’s” may want to check their
email, with our on-site computer, before getting too relaxed.

A perfect day would begin by sitting on the sea wall, having coffee, and looking out to sea, while
warming to the sun slowly rising over the eastern flank of Mauna Loa. You will also be amazed by the
spectacular “blow-hole” - a natural feature that defines the southwestern corner of the property.
Afternoons are a fabulous time to nap in the luxury of our generous two-person hammock.

Three bedrooms and two baths will comfortably accommodate six to eight guests.

Enjoy sitting on your spacious lanai looking out over the blue Pacific, where humpback whales put on
a “show” during regular seasonal visits. Don't be surprised to see pods of dolphins swimming by,
green sea turtles foraging for food, or you may even witness wingtips protruding through the surface
of the water as groups of Manta Rays cruise the coastline.

This is the perfect spot to relax at the seaside away from the hustle and bustle of “in-town”
resorts. Savor the end of the day, which almost always features a strikingly beautiful sunset. It
would be hard to imagine a better spot to read or write your favorite novel.

It's well worth the 45-minute drive south of Kailua-Kona to enjoy the rural South Kona Coastline. The
Milolii area is known throughout the world for its awesome deep-sea fishing and pristine ocean
waters.

Special "recession" rates Starting at $249 per night. As part of
this special we are also waiving the cleaning fee (an additional
savings of $175). The rate for 1 to 4 guests is $249 per night, for
5 or 6 guests the rate is $299 per night and for 7 or 8 guests the
rate is $349 per night. Maximum occupancy is 8. There is a five
night minimum stay. You will save $525 on a one week stay.
Special rates may be arranged for montly visits.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation,
and the balance is due 60 days prior to your visit.
