Vacation Rental Description

Located less than one hour south of Tampa airport and 5 miles from  
Sarasota/Bradenton airport.  Less than 3 miles W. of I-75 at the  
University parkway exit.  This is a second floor unit with cathedral  
ceilings in the living and dining areas.  The lanai overlooks the ll  
th tee of Palm Aire country club while the front overlooks the pool  
and club house with its own library.  The unit is +/- 1000 square  
feet with two bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master bed has a queen bed  
while the other has two single beds. Each have their own baths.  
Bathrooms & kitchen are ceramic floors and the balance is  
carpeting.

The unit is fully equipped with linens, towels, even beach towels,  
umbrella and cooler for those days at the beach. Mrs. owner loves to  
cook so the kitchen is equipped beyond most expectations.  The  
appliances are all within 4-5 years old. Kitchen also includes an  
under cupboard Microwave oven with turntable a 
toaster and toaster oven, electric can opener, electric coffee bean  
grinder and maker etc, etc.  The heating/air  
conditioning system is less than 4 years old.  There are ceiling  
fans in both bedrooms, living room kitchen & lanai. The front load  
washer and drier are less than 3 years old.  There are two TV  
sets, a DVD and MP3 player, a VCR and stereo for your CD's The units  
telephone is operational 24/7 without long distance. The location  
offers very easy access  
to excellent shopping of all kinds and restaurants to satisfy nearly  
everyone. We would prefer non smoking occupants; however, it is not  
a rejectable situation.  Also the family pet is also a discussable

Activities and Attractions

The beaches of Siesta, Lido and Longboat Keys are 20 minutes away.   
Cultural activities abound in the greater Sarasota area including,  
the Mote aquarium, Jungle Gardens, Pelican mans bird sanctuary, Van  
Wezel Performing Arts Center and the Greyhound dog racing track.   
This location offers very very easy access to shopping of all kinds,  
including the big box stores and restaurants for nearly every taste  
and numerous golf courses near by. We're only 1 1/2 hours from  
Disney. If you are flying into Sarasota (SRQ) Tampa (TPA) or Clear  
water/StPete and want an inexpensive car rental, I have frequently  
used a company that rents good quality used cars for a fraction of   
the cost of the major rental companies and they will pick you up at  
the airport in your rented vehicle.

Tenant responsible for all electricity over $50 per month, also 
11% state and resort tax extra for all rentals less than 6 months. 
$75.00 cleaning fee paid in advance for cleaning upon vacating. 
Deposit and or total amount required due at time of  
reservation:however, this depends upon how far in advance said  
reservation is made.   
$500.00 security/damage deposit required.
