Vacation Rental Description

Available for rent is our lovely 2 bedroom two bathroom 1200 square
foot condo on the 2nd floor,facing North. The balcony overlooks the
North lawn and the beach.  Tiled floors throughout the majority of the
condo with carpet in the second bedroom and parquet floors in the entry.  

The condo has been updated and has a warm and welcoming feel to it. 
Furnishings are modern and in excellent condition.   There is a king
size bed in the master suite, along with a dressing area and private
bath/shower. Plantation shutters are in the both bedrooms. 

The second bedroom has twin beds (can be pulled together) a television
and DVD player.  

The living room has a entertainment center that encloses the
television with DVD/VCR. Leather sofa with double recliners and a
matching rocking/recliner chair.  

The dining room has a unique custom made nook and table that opens up
into two twin beds and can seat at least 10 people (it's great for
Thanksgiving)!

Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and appliances.

Linen closet is fully stocked with all bedsheets, towels, blankets,
and pillows.  Laundry room is available on the same floor.

Lawn chairs and beach toys are available for your use as well.

Enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the private balcony watching the
dolphins swimming along the shore.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Swimming pool with wind shield, male & female saunas, fitness/workout
room upgraded to modern equipment last year. A Game Room offering pool
table, ping-pong, and air-hockey.  A Social Room with a comfortable
lounging area with television.  We also  have a stocked library that
has books,magazines, movies, and puzzles for loan. Walk down the hall
to the stairs and outside to the beach without having to worry about
crossing A1A.  Our beach often feels as if you have your very own
"private and secluded beach"!  

Free local telephone service and long distance calls 
can be made by credit or calling card.  Secure/gated underground 
assigned parking for one car, with guest or additional parking 
available on the top deck above the garage.  Walking distance to
grocery shopping, restaurants, shops and more!

This is a very secure building with key access only.  We have office
managers during the day, with maintenance personnel on staff as well.

Activities and Attractions

Surfing, swimming, nearby parks, golf courses and the beautiful beach.
Daytona beach is just four miles south along A1A.  Marine Land is
just north about 26 miles offering once in a life time Dolphin
Experiences. Several quality golf courses are in the area for those of
you that love to play golf.  We have some of the best selections of
restaurants in the area.  Everything from casual ocean front seafood
to elegant dining experiences.

St.Augustine is just an hour north offering an array of historic
activities and shopping experiences.


One time cleaning fee of $75 and refundable $300 damage deposit are 
required.  If renting for 6 months or less, add 12.5% for Florida & 
Volusia County rental sales taxes to both the rental amount.  If
renting for longer than 6 months there will be no rental tax.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1450 to $1850 per month.  Minimum rental is two months.  Rates may
vary  depending on time of year and length of rental time.
