will enjoy quiet, star lite nights with amazing lake view sunsets.
The house is five years old, 3700 sq. feet has efficient radiant
flooring and solar panels as well as air conditioning. The cherry
cabinet kitchen and expansive living room are joined in an open
layout with cathedral ceilings. There is a sunroom off the kitchen
which is the perfect place to enjoy your moring cup of coffee.
The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom with
shower.
The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, couch and its own bathroom
with shower. There is also an outdoor shower off the main breezeway.
The downstairs has a game rooms with pool table and bar area, and
there is a workout room with a treadmill, elliptical and rowing
machines.  The home is on a private drive about 15-20 minutes from Cornell and downtown Ithaca.  There is no lake access, but there are great lake front parks only a few minutes away in Lansing.
