Come and be our guests in beautiful Cumberland County Kentucky for your next
getaway. This house has just recently been renovated and furnished for our
Dale Hollow guests. WIRELESS DSL & two 47 INCH HD FLAT SCREENS WITH SATELLITE HD DVR RECEIVERS. CHECK IN WITH YOUR OFFICE & WATCH THE RACE OR GAME AFTER YOUR DAY ON THE LAKE OR ON THE GOLF COURSE!!
New furnishings, appliances,bedding/linens, utensils, Etc. are
stocked in this house. COVERED FISH CLEANING STATION with power and
water and outside deep freezer. The Cabin sits on 8.5 acres with a
sloping fenced pasture in back surrounded by a treeline beyond.
Relax on the connected back deck/carport/front porch in the evening
while dinner is grilling on our large 4-Burner stainless steel
grill. We have 2 TV's with DVD/VCR players and dish network
including all the movie channels so everyone can do what they wish
after a wonderful day on the water.Parents remember game consoles
are welcome just in case the kids don't want to hang out with the
ole' folks outside!
The property is less than a city block from the Dale Hollow Lake
State Resort Park Gate and less than a mile to the Dale Hollow Lake
Resort Park Golf Course & Pro Shop, State Park Boat Ramp and Marina on Dale
Hollow Lake. We are also Approx. 20 Min. from the nearest boat ramp
on the beautiful Cumberland River.

**Cumberland River-Approximately 20 Minutes away from where the
state record Brown Trout (21 Lbs. and 0 Oz.) was caught above the
Burkesville Public Boat Ramp.

Mar 8 2013- May 23 2013 $145.00/Night or $850.00/wk. 2 Night Min.

May 24 2013- Sept 10 2013   $199.00/Night or $1099.00/Wk. 3 Night Min.

Sep 11 2013- Nov 30 2013  $145.00/Night or $850.00/Wk. 2 Night Min.

Dec 1 2013- Mar 6 2014   $125/Night or $700.00/Wk. 2 Night Min.

Rental Deposit is $250.00 and $11.00 per person per day above 8
guests.
Sorry no refunds for weather, late arrivals, Etc.
Damage deposit will be refunded within 5 days after report from
cleaning staff.
2 or 3 night stays require a $75.00 cleaning fee.
Payment Schedule:
Due within 10 days of receiving rental agreement: Reservation in the
amount of 25% of the total charges/fees. This will reserve your stay.
Due within 45 days of your arrival date: remaining 75% of the total
charges/fees.
Cancellation/Refunds:
If you cancel your reservation at least 30 days prior to your
planned arrival date: We will refund the reservation deposit in full.
If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days from your arrival
date: We will refund the taxes and damage deposit, and the applicable
cleaning fees but we reserve the right to keep the rental amount. If
we are able to rebook the property for all or part of that period,
we will refund the rental amount or a pro-rated share as
appropriate.
Sorry No Pets, No Smoking Inside, and Responsible Party Must be 25
Years of Age. Sorry No College Groups.
