Vacation Rental Description

These units are on "highway" 30-A across from the Beach, with Gulf 
views from the upper floors.  Spacious and open, 2,100 sqare feet, 4 
level, with 4 BR and 41/2 Baths.  Two King bedrooms, two Twin Full 
bedrooms, each with their own full bath.  The main floor has a family 
room, breakfast "nook" and a large kitchen with laundry room and half 
bath.
 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Wireless internet, cable, local and long distance phone provided free 
of charge.  Pool and Jacuzzi at the bottom of the steps just off the 
main floor deck.  Tennis court in the back.  Gas grills and 
volleyball court out front.

Activities and Attractions

Beach access is via Spooky Lane, the beach street just across 30-A, 
on the west side of the property.  Walk is ~ 2 blocks to the 
crosswalk (over the dune) leading to the beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

March and April: 1,800 per week
May and June: 2,000 per week
July: 2,200 per week
August: 1,800 per week
September and October: 1,500 per week
November thru February: negotiable
