beautifully coordinated furnishings. 
Master bedroom has queen bed, one bedroom has 2 twins and third 
bedroom has twin beds with trundle. Beautifully appointed gourmet 
eat-in kitchen with granite countertops and. Large, well lit, all 
tile and marble bathrooms.  Large front deck. This is a top of the 
line, beautifully maintained, vacation home.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

air-conditioning, heat, ceiling fans throughout, deck furniture and 
gas grill, outside shower, washer/dryer, dishwasher, disposal,local 
telephone, microwave, all kitchen appliances (eg toaster oven, 
blender, coffee maker etc), 2 cable tvs/dvd/vcr, stereo/tape/cd 
player, videos, games,books. Beach chairs, umbrella & boogie boards.

Activities and Attractions

Just steps to the beautiful lifeguarded beach; kite flying is 
allowed. 5 minutes to Atlantic city's casinos, restaurants, shops 
and boardwalk.  Brigantine Island has an 18 hole links golf course 
open to the public.  Fishing, boating, biking, kayaking, jet-skiing 
abound.  Southern shore points (Oceab City etc) are a 20 minute 
drive. Brigantine is a quaint friendly beach town with lots to 
offer.

June 25 - Labor Day: $2200.00/wk
September : $1700.00/wk
Winter rental available:  Ask for rates
Monthly or seasonal rental available: Ask for rates
