Dining room table seats eight. This level includes a third bathroom,
the kitchen, a 30 square foot deck with hot tub off the office (which
can be used as an additional bedroom).

The top floor of the three-level home has a master bedroom and bath.
There are three guest rooms and a second full bath on this floor. All
bedrooms have scenic wooded views. The home has a fully fenced back
yard and a gas barbecue grill.

from the Androscoggin River. Easy access just off Route 2 between
