Vacation Rental Description

This spectacular, professionally decorated, new oceanfront condo  
offers a Jack Nicklaus designed signature golf course with eight  
holes overlooking the Atlantic, miles of pristine beach, tree  
canopied bike/jogging trails, and nearby access to the Intercostal  
waterway in an exclusive gated, resort-style community.  Cinnamon  
Beach in Ocean Hammock is one of Florida's best kept secrets with  
acres of tropical and manicured landscaping and walkways, two heated  
pools, exercise room, 24 hour security and covered parking. 
 
Our three bedroom condo is located on the fourth (out of five)  
floors, and is accessible by both elevator and stairs.  Upon  
entering the unit, you will be greeted by tiled floors, beautiful  
Tommy Bahama style furnishings, and a breathtaking view of the ocean  
through large windows and sliding glass door to the balcony.  
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and is fully  
furnished with everything a cook could want.  High end cookware and  
tableware, various convenience appliances such as coffee  
grinder/maker, food processor, and stand-up mixer is  
included and much more.  The kitchen is open to the living and  
dining rooms and has a breakfast counter with bar stools.  The  
spacious dining and living area share a spectacular view of the  
ocean where you can watch dolphins frolic in the waves.  The living  
area is decorated with comfortable, high quality furniture, with an  
entertainment center that boasts a large screen Plasma high  
definition television and DVD/CD player.  The living room sofa also  
converts to a queen-size sleeper sofa.  
 
The three bedrooms are laid out to provide maximum privacy.  The  
master suite off the living room has a sliding door providing direct  
access to the balcony. The bedroom is furnished with a pillow top  
king-size bed, a high definition television to enjoy cable  
television (including premium channels such as HBO), and a desk with  
high speed internet hookup to catch up on the days happenings.   
Computer and copier/fax machine is also included. The oversized  
master bath has separate his-and-her vanities, a large garden tub  
and separate shower stall.  On the opposite end of the condo are the  
remaining bedrooms, one beautifully furnished with a queen bed, and  
the other with twin beds.  All bedrooms are equipped with  
televisions, DVD players, and cable TV.  Quality linens are  
provided.  There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This condominium building is located a short walk from the two  
private Cinnamon Beach heated pools and clubhouses.  The Ocean  
Clubhouse pool, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded  
environment.  It includes a lap pool, viewing tower overlooking the  
ocean, and chairs and umbrellas for use on the beach.  The livelier  
Lake Clubhouse includes a snack bar, fitness facility, family pool  
with a separate SplashZone, teen center with foosball and air hockey  
and an entertainment room with a pool table, all with views of a  
freshwater lake.  Towels are available for guest use at both pool  
complexes.   
 
The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club.  It is  
Florida's first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years and is  
listed as one of Golf Digest's 2005 Top 100 courses you can play.   
Palm Coast is known as a golfer's hotspot with additional courses  
designed by Arnold Palmer and Gary Player within a short driving  
distance as well as the World Golf Hall of Fame and TPC at Sawgrass  
within an hour's drive.   
 
Whether you are a golfer or looking to enjoy a peaceful, fun-filled  
family vacation, Cinnamon Beach offers something for everyone.

Activities and Attractions

In addition to golf, the following activities/sites are available: 
 
Water activities such as surfing, sail boarding, jet skiing,  
boating, kayaking, and chartered fish excursions.  Miles of scenic  
bike/jogging trails showcasing the best of "Old Florida" are  
available outside Ocean Hammock's gate.  Just a few minutes away is  
Washington Oaks State Park and botanical gardens which covers more  
than 400 acres from the Atlantic Ocean to the Matanzas River.   
Historic Matanzas State Park is within a fifteen minute drive with  
guided tours and a drive-on beach which is known to have excellent  
surf fishing.  Marineland, with its new interactive "swim with the  
dolphins" exhibit, is also a short ten minute drive from our condo.   
 
Palm Coast is located thiry minutes south of St. Augustine, the  
oldest city in the country with many historic sites, shops and  
restaurants, and thirty minutes north of famous Daytona Beach.   
The entertainment attractions of Disney World, Epcot, Animal  
Kingdom,Universal Studio, Sea World, various water parks, and the  
Kennedy Space Center (where the space shuttle launches) are all  
within a 90 minute drive.  Major nearby airports include Daytona  
Beach, Jacksonville, and Orlando.
