Our condominium suite offers privacy and all creature comforts in a 
spacious, tastefully appointed "home-away-from-home".  Our condo has 
been totally renovated, has all new furniture, and features a new, 
full kitchen with marble counters, tiled floor, all new appliances, 
2 newly tiled full bathrooms, color TVs on satellite, High Speed 
Internet Connection, DVD player, music, quiet overhead fans, and is 
DSL equipped.  There is a new king bed in your  master suite and 2 
double beds in the second plus a new queen  sleeper in your living 
room, if needed.  You'll enjoy our 2 lanais from which you'll see 
our spectacular views.

Sitting on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific Ocean, The Cliffs 
Resort in Princeville, is a lush tropical hideaway with one of the 
most spectacular resort settings in the Hawaiian Islands.  Nestled 
between shimmering seas and emerald mountains, this lush 22-acre 
resort is a breathtaking blend of tropical contrasts making it 
everything you dreamed a Hawaiian Vacation could be.

Shuffleboard Courts, a Half Basketball Court and Golf Discounts, if 
interested.   The Resort Services include an Activities & Travel 
Desk, Business Center, Fax & Photocopy Services, Security, Video 
Rental, Beach Towels and a Country Store.   The Cliffs Resort is 
a "5-Star Gold Crown" Resort.

At the entrance to the Princeville Community there is a Full Service 
Shopping Center with a large Grocery Store,  many Specialty Shops, 
many Restaurants, Banks, Gasoline Station, Post Office and a 
Library.   Old Town Hanalei is just two miles down the road and it's 
such fun to poke around in with it's many shops  and restaurants.   
The quaint village is a dream-like place on a half-moon bay with an 
uncrowded, 3-mile white sand beach.   I've lots of local information 
to share, as well, as to  beaches, restaurants, tours, luaus, 
hiking, kayaking, off-road adventures, Farmer's Markets, arboretums 
& gardens., etc..........

The famed 27-hole Princeville Makai Golf & Tennis Complex is 
adjacent to The Cliffs Resort and the 18-hole Prince Golf Course, 
rated #1 in the State of Hawaii is just down the road.  From the 
quaint village of Hanalei Town, the Princeville Shopping Center, the 
NaPali Coast, Waimea Canyon, Menehune Ditch, Kilauea Light House & 
Bird Sanctuary, Old Koloa Town, The National Tropical Botanical 
Gardens and the Lumahuli Gardens, miles of white sand, uncrowded 
beaches, movie location tours, Kokee State Park, Hanapepe Town, 
horseback riding, windsurfing, scuba/skin diving, surfing & para-
surfing, helicopter tours over pristine mountains never touched by 
man, Farmer's Markets, see a Spouting Horn, ride a Harley, hike a 
Sleeping Giant or one of the many hiking trails, boat to Niihau, 
Hanakapiai Falls, visit Olu Pua Gardens, explore a tidal pool, visit

Tax.

$110 Exit Cleaning Fee added to all rates.

half to confirm and balance 30 days prior to arrival.  If I can
