This listing is for the 2Bdrm 2Bath portion of this house, the  
upstairs, sleeping 4 comfortably with 1 King size bed in the Master  
bedroom and 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom. 
 
This house contains two units: One is 1 bdrm 1 bth, the other is 2  
bdrm, 2 bth, they can be seperated for complete privacy or opened up  
for one large 3 bdrm, 3 bth house. The large living room with wood  
stove, beautiful leather sofa and loveseat and a new leather dual  
recliner loveseat to watch TV w/DVD/VHS.  VHF Radio, nice dining  
room and great kitchen with everything you could possibly need  
including a great partial view of the Bay.  You can watch the  
fishing boats coming and going to and from the Port o Bodega while  
sipping your morning coffee. There is TV’s w/VHS in each bedroom,  
also a computer and printer with wireless internet access and a nice  
dvd/vhs movie library. Jacuzzi with a view and a gas bar b que.       
There is a two car garage and a washer and dryer for  
your convenience.  The house is lovingly decorated with wonderful  
artifacts from the owner’s world travels.  This house is so  
comfortable and fun you will want to come back over and over.   
That’s what makes this house more special than many other rentals,  
when you walk in you feel at home not like your walking into a bare  
rental property. 
 
  The downstairs unit with a 1 bedroom (white wicker), 1  
bath, full kitchen and living/dining area, great bay window. With a  
king-size bed and a full size sofa bed or a queen air bed  
available.  Complete with all amenities, all you need is your  
clothes and food (if cooking).   This can be rented as a stand alone  
unit that sleeps up to 4 people.  Also have RV parking, gas bar-b- 
queue and full use of Jacuzzi and washer/dryer.  This unit has a  
private entrance and can be locked separately from the upstairs  2  
bdrm unit. 
  
  Such a versatile house, you can have a family reunion and still  
have your privacy.   
 
   Enjoy deep sea fishing, whale watching, golfing, great  
restaurants, shopping gift/grocery, surfing (burrrr), hiking,  
biking, horseback riding (rentals), and kite flying, or just walking  
around the Bay.  There are many State parks along Hwy 1.  Jenner is  
about 8 miles north or go north east up the Russian River and visit  
the wineries.  San Francisco is 40 miles south on Hwy 101, Napa  
Valley wine country 25 miles east.  Or just do what most of us do  
when we go to Bodega Bay, RELAX!

Vacation Rental Rates

2 bdrm 2 Bth, sleeps 4-6 Upstairs $250 per night 2 night minimum or  
$1450 per week off season $1750wk during holiday's. 
 
$250 Security deposit (cancellation refundable up to 12 midnight 48  
hours prior to reservation date). 
 
$125 cleaning fee in addition to daily rates. 
 
Check-in 3PM check-out 12 noon 
 
Open to trading for your property  
9% Lodging tax
