This quaint Blue Cottage is right on the Guadalupe river located
between the 2nd and 3rd river crossing on River Road in New
Braunfels. The fenced and gated lot is approximately 2 acres with
ample parking and filled with lucious pecan trees for plenty of
shade. There is 145 feet of river front with decks, and cement
walkway for river access.

Central Air & Heat, Ceiling Fans, Original Wood Floors, Private
Patio Deck with porch swing, tables & chairs, Large BBQ pit with
smoker, Fully outfitted kitchen, standard size oven, refrigerator,
microwave. Dish TV/DVD, CD Player/Radio, 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, 1
very comfortable Lazy Boy Queen size couch, 4 single trundle beds
Renters must bring own personal linens and towels. Owner provides
mattress protectors,comforters, and pillows.

New Braunfels: 15 minutes or less
