"Lakeside" 2702 Grand Harbour Court, Kissimmee in Disney Area

Our spectacular villa is brand new and due to be completed in June
2005. It is situated on the very exclusive Emerald Island Resort and
backs on to a lake and conservation woodland.

We have decided not to have the usual "furniture package" but have
lovingly chosen every piece of furniture ourselves, which we think
has resulted in a very stunning effect. All the curtains and
furnishings are of the highest quality and all the bedrooms have
either four poster beds or are draped with beautiful canopies and
curtains.

There are two large lounges, so several families can share and still
have their privacy. The main lounge is atrium style with a gallery
surrounding it, giving access to the upstairs bedrooms. The
downstairs master bedroom is en-suite with a walk in shower. The
second master bedroom is also en-suite and there are two further
double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms.

The large kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, cooker,
microwave and a fridge which makes continuous ice, just right for
those gin and tonics. There is also a laundry room with washing
machine and dryer (I know we don't want to do the washing, but needs
must). There is also a formal dining room and nook, so there is
plenty of space for several families to dine at the same time.

The pool area has a very large extended deck and a Lanai which is
useful for dining outside when the hot. It's also useful for keeping
the little ones in the shade, if that's what you need. The barbeque
is great for al-fresco dining (the men can cook whilst you relax in
the jacuzzi).

The Games Room has a table football electronic basketball and pool
table.
There is cable TV, of course, as well as DVD players in both lounges
and a Playstation, Home Theatre system and video player.

Emerald Island is a very exclusive gated resort and really is just 3
minutes from Disney and within walking distance of Highway 192 which
is a hive of activity with shops, restaurants, clubs etc. It's
ideally situated for exploring the sights and sounds of Central
Florida. After a busy day you can retreat through the gates of
Emerald Island to the commnity Clubhouse with its pool, spa, sauna,
steam room, games room, playarea, tennis courts etc, or you can
wander down nature paths abundant with native foliage.

The staff at the Clubhouse are very friendly and helpful with lots of
useful information at their fingertips. They can organise transport
to the Theme Parks if you so wish or book you a restaurant.

Our villa is just 3 minutes from Disney and 15 minutes from all the
other major Theme Parks. There is so much to do in Florida it would
be difficult to list them all, but the Kennedy Space Centre is just
45 minutes away. Old Town Kissimmee is great with lots of extreme
sports and on Friday and Saturday nights there is a parade of old
cars.
