Towels and bed linens included. The first floor has a fully wired sound system with 16 indoor / outdoor speakers. The living room has a working fireplace. The media room has a 52 inch flat screen with surround sound and Blue Ray. Wi and karaoke available for use.  The basement playroom has another 52in flat screen with Blue Ray and 2 real Spin Bikes with spin workout DVDs. There is a gym quality eliptical machine in the media room. The house has 3 king bedded masters with private baths and one is on the first floor. Owners have small children and the house is very child friendly. Crib, mini crib, 2 highchairs, stroller, toys, toddler bed and baby proofing all available. Pool has removable baby fencing and motorized cover.  Bikes with baby seats and brand new 2 person kayak on property for your enjoyment. Large fenced in backyard.
