Cozy beach house perfect for families or couples looking to enjoy a  
quiet beach vacation.  Located on Fire Island, which is accessible  
only by ferry.  The house is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, The  
Great South Bay as well as the Sunken Forest.  Restaurants, grocery  
store, tennis courts, children's playground, movies, shopping and  
children's day camp (through Sept. 1) are only a short walk or a  
quick bike ride away. 
 
1 hour, 10 minutes by train, car or private van to ferry dock from  
NYC.  Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to the  
beach(parking is available at the ferry dock).

* 2 bathrooms plus an outdoor shower
