store, tennis courts, children's playground, movies, shopping and
children's day camp (through Sept. 1) are only a short walk or a
quick bike ride away.

1 hour, 10 minutes by train, car or private van to ferry dock from
NYC. Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to the
beach(parking is available at the ferry dock).
