Vacation Rental Description

Large centralized floor plan three bedroom home in a private marina 
community on the Great Wicomico River just minutes from the 
Chesapeake Bay. New in 2007, this house has a large great room 
opening into the dining and large modern kitchen area with breakfast 
bar. A concrete-stone attached patio is accessed through the dining 
area.  Gas grill and picnic table. The house is situated on 
½ acre and located one block from private community pool, launch 
ramp and pier.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Sleeps up to 8 persons: 1 King in Master bedroom w/master 
bath, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 Queen sleep sofa in 
great room.  
Second bathroom is conveniently located in the hall between the 
bedrooms.
The great room is open to the kitchen and dining areas.
Kitchen: Refrigerator/Freezer w/Ice Maker, Microwave, Dishwasher, 
Toaster, Dishes/Silverware etc. for 8, Coffee Maker, Utensils, Pots, 
Pans and Breakfast Bar w/Barstools.
The Dining area exits out to the large patio with picnic table & gas 
barbeque grill.
Central A/C & Heating with Ceiling Fans Throughout.
Landscaped/Wooded ½ acre lot with lots of private, off street, 
parking       
Laundry area with washer/dryer.
Private Community Pool, Boat Launch Ramp & Pier.  

Activities and Attractions

Bring your own boat. Our private community boat launch ramp and pier 
are just one block from your front door. The Great Wicomico River, 
located jost off the Chesapeake Bay is great for fishing, crusing, 
sightseeing, bird watching and miles of white sandy beaches are just 
minutes away from your pier. 
Fishing: There are dozens of fishing charter boats operating out of 
marinas within a 10 minute drive.
Seafood Resturants: Some of the best seafood cooking around 
Chesapeake Bay can be found in Northumberland County. Two that we 
highly recommend are The Crazy Crab in Reedvile and Horn Harbor in 
Burgess.
Ferry Ride: Tour the picture perfect villages on Tangier or Smith 
Isalnd in the middle of the bay.
Antiques: Shops abound in the area, many specializing in Marine 
Antiques. One “Must Visit” that we recommend is the Kilmarnock 
Antique Gallery.
Golf: There are six local courses.
Historic Attractions:  Visit the birthplace of George Washington and 
Robert E. Lee and Reedvilles magnifisantly restored Victorian Homes. 
At the turn of the century Reedville was the richest per capita city 
in America. While in Reesville, visit the Fishermans Museum.
Birdwatching: There are several Northern Neck Nature Preserves or 
explore the coastline, rivers and inlets. This tidewater area of 
Virginia abounds in seabirds including Osprey, Bald Eagles and 
Pelicans to name only a few.
Also there is : The local Farmers Market and Wineries.

Weekly Rate: Monday thru Thursday, 4 days for $399 .00
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express & check.  A 50% 
deposit is due at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior 
to arrival. A $350.00 Security Deposit is due 30 days prior to 
arrival and will be refunded within 30 days of departure.
