Vacation Rental Description

Besides the incredible Hawaiian sunsets, I would like to invite you  
to share in the many wonderful views and sensations of The Big  
Island...while staying in the comfort of My Hawaiian Villa. 
 
Our two-bedroom, two bath, ground level condo can accomodate four or,  
you could squeeze in a couple more. The practical amenities include a  
fully equipped kitchen, free WI-FI HIGH SPEED INTERNET connection and local  
calling, full entertainment electronics, linens and washer/dryer. We  
also have most of what you'll need for the beach. Our condo is right  
on the golf course, the 9th fairway of the Waikoloa Village Golf  
Course. As our guests you will enjoy DISCOUNTED green fees of $60 per 
day. You will be surrounded by beautiful landscaping and in  
the center of a vacation paradise. 
 
Not going to visit one of the great local restaurants tonight? Our  
well equipped kitchen will provide you with every convenience whether  
you're cooking for yourself or the whole crew. It includes small  
appliances, microwave, dishwasher and other typical utensils and  
appliances. The kitchen serving bar seats two and is adjacent to the  
dining area which seats four. 
 
The central living room has stunning views of the ocean as well as  
the ninth fairway. The spacious room includes a sofa sleeper and  
amenities including telephone, cable TV, CD player, DVD player and  
VCR.The attractive decor,louvered windows and overhead fan provide a  
very comfortable island atmosphere. 
 
The master bedroom has its own lanai and private access to its own  
bath. It has a king size bed with night stands and lamps on either  
side, ample dresser drawer space and mirrored closets. It is equipped  
with an overhead fan.  
 
Situated on the opposite side of the condo from the master bedroom,  
the second bedroom has two twin beds. It has ample dresser space,  
mirrored closet doors and is eqiupped with an overhead fan. It is  
just a couple of steps away from an adjacent bathroom. 
 
Both bathrooms have bathtub/shower enclosures and are supplied with  
all linens. The second bathroom contains the washer/dryer. 
 
There are two lanais attached to the condo. The larger, accessed from  
the living room, is equipped with a wet bar. The sunsets from here  
are beautiful every day. 
 
As mentioned before, the Waikoloa Village Golf Course is your  
backyard. It is a par 72. It plays to 6,791 yards and is situated at  
the 1,000 ft elevation overlooking the beautiful Kohala Coast. The  
course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. As our guest you will  
receive DISCOUNTED green fees.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season Period-(April 1, 2009 through December 15, 2009)              
 Daily rate is.................$115 per night 
 Weekly rate is $735................$105 per night 
 Monthly rate is $2,790.............$90 per night 
 
High Season Period-(Dec. 16, 2009 through March 31, 2010)  
 Daily rate is.................$150 per night 
 Weekly rate is $980.................$140 per night 
 Monthly rate is $3,450..............$115 per night  
 
A reservation deposit of 20% of the rental amount with a minimum of 
$250 is required to confirm your reservation. It is nonrefundable 90 
days prior to your scheduled check-in. The balance of the rental is 
due and nonrefundable 60 days prior to check in. 
A Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required. 
There is a $50 cancellation fee. 
There is an additional $15 per day, per extra person(s)charge, if more 
  than four people will be staying. A maximum of six is allowed. 
A $100 cleaning fee is charged on all rentals. 
Hawaii State taxes are collected on rental charges.
