Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for a Luxurious Summer Vacation home for you and your 
family? Or do you have a wedding this summer and you need a place to 
stay for an event than come and see us.We have a new renovated home 
for short term rental with 26 Ft Deck overlooking the views of the 
ocean about 35 minutes from Boston.We have the best furnished Rentals 
in Hull.Property Type: 1400 sq. ft. House/Condo

We offer GREAT SERVICES and BEST QUALITY for the price.All of our 
customers have enjoyed their stay with us.This is better than the 
Boston and Beachfront Hotels and has much more space for your 
money.You must see to believe it! Walk from the beach. It's great for 
you and your kids. 

Our home is smoke free with a full kitchen, you will feel like you're 
right at home. No pets allowed. We have a 26 Ft foot deck balcony 
overlooking the ocean you might want to have a Barbecue or just sit 
and eat outside while watching the great views of the city of Boston 
and the people swimming at the beach. We also have a High Speed Ferry 
leaving from Hull to Long Wharf Boston in 20 Min.

Additional Person Charge is $9.95. 
Smoking is prohibited 
Smoking Fine of $100 will be applied if terms are violated. 
Pets are not allowed in this rental property
A fine of $50/Animal will be applied if terms are violated


INFORMATION ON THE FERRY & TRAIN TO BOSTON 

New Train less than 2 Miles From the Property. Nantasket Beach 
Station. MBTA AND GREENBUSH LINE

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your reservation at any given 
time however we will not refund the deposit for the rental but we can 
exchange it for another week which is more convenient for you based 
on availability.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Check & Money Order for charges. To 
reserve the dates, we require P deposit for the rental week as well 
as your *signed contract.A $250 security deposit is required upon 
check in via major credit card visa, master card.
