Hotel and Starbucks, this home is a 10 minute walk or a short 7
blocks from the LJ Shores beach.)
Vacationers can snorkel and see incredible sea life, learn to surf,
boogie board, sea kayak in the caves, swim, sun bath, bbq, play
frisbee just minutes from the house.
Once our family home, this is the first year we've made it
available to people who are looking to appreciate La Jolla as much
as we have. This recently remodeled house, has been completely
furnished with all new furniture - making it an elegant, more
upscale beach home.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, dining room, sitting
room, and an office with tile, hardwood and carpet throughout. 2
bedrooms have a queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin size
beds and loft that could sleep 1. There is a wonderful backyard with
an outside kitchen and sitting area - perfect for those who like to
bbq or sit outdoors with a glass of wine.

Park" baseball field, San Diego Airport, Coronado Island and Mexico
and a number of beaches to choose from.
Also nearby is shopping and more restaurants in downtown La Jolla
(less than a mile from the house). Summer programs (i.e. day camps)
for children are available daily.

Holidays (e.g. Christmas, New Years) & Special Events: $2500/week
