Vacation Rental Description

The home is located on the quiet south end of the island. Less than 
200 steps to the beach and 2 blocks from the back river. The Tybee 
Pier and Pavilion, as well as lots of shops and restaurants are just 
a block and a half away.

The Tybee Place condo was built in 2005 by Steve Watson. There is 
covered parking for 2 vehicles. At 1,200 square feet, the condo has 
three bedrooms and 2 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds 
and the children's bedroom has bunk beds. There is also a queen-
sleeper sofa in the living room. Top of the line stainless steel 
appliances and granite countertops complete the kitchen.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beach bikes, coolers, beach towels and beach chairs. Grill and 
rocking chairs on the porch. Washer and dryer with laundry soap 
provided. DVD player, Playstation 2 and variety of board games.

Activities and Attractions

Beach, bike riding, dolphin tours, water sports, shopping and 
restaurants. Close to Tybee Pier and the World Famous Breakfast Club 
restaurant.

$225 per night
