Vacation Rental Description

Looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay? Enjoy this 
spectacular 4100 Sq. Ft. open floor plan, ocean view home, ideal for 
large groups or families. The four large bedrooms have ample room 
for groups up to 10. The house is located 10 miles south of Rosarito 
Beach, 1/4 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, which is known as the lobster 
village. Just 10 minutes from Fox Studios. Close to beaches, 
shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Wine country is in the nearby 
Guadalupe Valley.  This comfortable 2 story house 
includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. 

The deck patio provides a spectacular view and sun bathing. The 
master bedroom has a new king pillow top bed, 2 rooms have queen and 
bunk beds, last room has queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for 
the kids. Linens are provided and for your own comfort please bring 
towels.

Two current toll roads: $2.45 per car. Entering and leaving from 
Rosarito.


We are just a 10 minute drive north of the fabulous La Fonda 
restaurant.

Fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD Player, BBQ, New Linens, New Beds, 
Large Full Kitchen w/Microwave, Coffee Maker, Blender, Refigerator, 
Toaster Oven, Cooking Utensils provided, TV w/DVD Player in Master, 
2 car garage, sun deck with nice ocean view.
We have optional housekeeping services with our caretakers.

Activities and Attractions

Fishing, horse back riding, shopping, resturants, Puerto Nuevo, 
Ensenada, sight seeing, swimming, boating, surfing, jet 
skiing, boogie boarding, hiking, golf, ATVing at the sand dunes, 
Cantamar, Fox Baja Studios.

Sand Dunes are 2 miles south of Puerto Nuevo on the free road. 
Public beach access 11 miles south on the toll road: Horse rentals, 
food, fruit stands, taco stands, public bathrooms available, and a 
jet ski launch.

14 miles south of Puerto Nuevo is Puerto Salina Marina.

Vacation Rental Rates

$300 per night- Friday and Saturday
$275 per night- Sunday thru Thursday
2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
Please inquire for rates during Spring Break and Holidays.
$1500 per week
Rates are Negotiable
$60 cleaning fee
Check out: 11:00 am
Check in:   2:00 pm  flexible

Maximum occupancy: 10 ($25 per extra guest)
Smoking is NOT allowed
No pets please

$200 refundable security deposit required at time of booking.
