spectacular 4100 Sq. Ft. open floor plan, ocean view home, ideal for
large groups or families. The four large bedrooms have ample room
for groups up to 10. The house is located 10 miles south of Rosarito
Beach, 1/4 mile north of Puerto Nuevo, which is known as the lobster
village. Just 10 minutes from Fox Studios. Close to beaches,
shopping, restaurants, golf and more. Wine country is in the nearby
Guadalupe Valley. This comfortable 2 story house
includes four bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms.

The deck patio provides a spectacular view and sun bathing. The
master bedroom has a new king pillow top bed, 2 rooms have queen and
bunk beds, last room has queen and two twin beds. Plenty of room for
the kids. Linens are provided and for your own comfort please bring
towels.

Two current toll roads entering and leaving from
Rosarito.
We are just a 10 minute drive north of the fabulous La Fonda
restaurant.

Fireplace, TV, DVD Player, BBQ, New Linens, New Beds,

Sand Dunes are 2 miles south of Puerto Nuevo on the free road.
Public beach access 11 miles south on the toll road: Horse rentals,
food, fruit stands, taco stands, public bathrooms available, and a
jet ski launch.

14 miles south of Puerto Nuevo is Puerto Salina Marina.

$300 per night- Friday and Saturday
$250 per night- Sunday thru Thursday
2 night minimum, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
