Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy yourself in a new beachfront condo in the heart of Panama City  
Beach.  This 7th floor unit has granite counter tops, 9 ft ceilings,  
and tile floors in the living room, kitchen, and bathrooms.  Enjoy  
beautiful views of the beach, pool, and Gulf from the large balcony,  
which is accessible from the master bedroom and living area through  
sliding glass doors.  The sunsets and beach views are awesome!   
Other features include 3 TV's, 3 DVD/VCRs, a stereo, and free HS internet  
access.  The fully equipped kitchen has a pantry for your  
convenience.  Sleeping accomodations are a king, queen, and queen  
sofa bed.  The two full bathrooms are large with a garden tub/shower  
in the master bathroom.  Sterling Reef has covered parking within  
the building.  The location at the intersection of Front Beach Road  
and Alf Coleman Bvd. makes for easy access in and out.  The location  
is convenient to the airport, golf courses, marinas, restaurants,  
shopping, and family activities.  Shipreck Island Water Park,  
Alvin's Gift Shop, and Miller pier are a short walk away.  No smoking and No  
pets.
