The condo is located on the second floor, and has a balcony overlooking a courtyard and the pool.  Smoking is permitted on the balcony only. Sorry, no pets.

Full kitchen, washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, balcony
overlooking courtyard with pool, DVD player, Cable TV, TV w/VCR only (no cable) in bedroom, alarm clock, cd player, window air conditioners.
Assigned parking for one car, ample off street parking.
Carpets are steam cleaned annually, all bed spreads are washed, paint
touched up, windows washed, floors scrubbed.

Fishing, golf, crabbing, outlets located in West Ocean City or tax
free Delaware, walk to the beach, amusements, restaurants/bars. Hit
the Slots at Dover Downs. Go to Assateague Island and see the wild
ponies. Games and books in condo for rainy days.

Weekly SUMMER rentals are Sunday - Sunday in order to assist
guests in avoiding traffic delays. Prices below include sales tax
(10.5%) & cleaning $55. SECURITY DEPOSIT IS NOT SHOWN IN RATES
BELOW.
