Schedule: 
Winter 2008  01/01/08 to 02/28/08   $1100/wk - $4000/month
Spring 2008  03/01/08 to 05/31/08   $900/wk - $3330/month
Summer 2008  06/01/08 to 08/31/08   $1100/wk - $3600/month
Fall 2008    09/01/08 to 12/31/08   $900/wk - $1500/month

Must add:
 $80.00 cleaning fee
 $200.00 security (will be returned if no damage to unit
 $250.00 to hold reservation)
  .09% vacation tax added to total weekly or monthly charges
