Vacation Rental Description

Seachase offers breath taking views with floor to ceiling glass walls  
in both bedrooms, the living room, and the dining area!  60 feet of  
glass face nothing but sugar white sand and emerald waters.  Simply  
amazing!  These 1400 square foot furnished units all have two  
separate bedrooms(the living and dining are in the middle) and two  
full baths.  They can sleep from six to eight people, have fully  
equipped kitchens complete with washers and dryers, and also feature  
cable TV with free HBO and free Wi-Fi Internet access!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Seachase has a swimming pool and a sundeck overlooking the Gulf of  
Mexico. 
During the spring, spring break, and summer months we have beach  
chair and umbrella rentals along with jet ski, parasailing, and sail  
boat rides down on the beach.

Activities and Attractions

New to our area in 2006 is the Ripley's Believe It Or Not! Museum  
that looks like a sunken ocean liner.  There is also Gulf World with  
dolphin shows daily and Zoo World where you can feed a giraffe!  Not  
to mention miniature golf, bowling, skating, fishing, boating,  
snorkeling, swimming, shopping, restaurants, horseback riding,  
sightseeing, Shell Island, St. Andrews Park, and much, much more.....

Summer:  May 21 - Aug. 5 
     $195 - $230 Per Night   $1230 - $1450 Per Week 
Spring:  Mar. 4 - Mar. 25 & May 1 - May 20 
     $165 - $200 Per Night   $1040 - $1260 Per Week 
Spring Break :  Mar. 26 - Apr. 30 
     $175 - $210 Per Night   $1100 - $1323 Per Week 
Fall:  Aug. 6 - Nov. 4 
     $155 - $190 Per Night   $980 - $1200 Per Week 
Winter:  Nov. 5 - Feb. 28 
     $115 - $150 Per Night  $725 - $945 Per Week 
 
Rates shown are in US DOLLARS. 
 
Rates are subject to change. 
 
Tax (10.6%), processing fee, and one-time cleaning fee not included. 
 
Reservations Deposit : $200 required in advance.  Held as damage  
deposti and not applied to the rent.  Refund mailed within 14 days  
after departure or credit card hold is removed. 
 
All rents are paid upon arrival.  No refunds for early departues. 
 
Age Requirements:  25 Years Of Age, or accompanied by  
parent/guardian.  No Exceptions!! 
 
Dogs under 20 Lbs. accepted with an additonal $100.00 pet deposit. 
 
Cancellations:  Must have notice 10 days prior to arrival date for  
refund of deposit.
