Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy are beautifully decorated and recently remodled luxury 
townhome. Travertine tile and granite counter tops add to our 
classic Island Design.
Nestled in the beautiful resort community of Princeville we 
borderline the breathtaking Makai Golf Course. Surrounded by it's 
majestic mountains, Waterfalls and Rainbows you'll think you've died 
and gone to "Heaven." 
Walking distance away from the Priceville shopping center and five 
star Princeville Hotel. A five minute car ride to the town of 
Hanalei with it's numerous Beaches, resturants and shops. There are 
many  beaches close by our home, Annini Beach , Secret Beach, Lumahi 
Beach overlooking Bali Hai, Hanalei Bay and Pier just to name a 
few . 
There are several other private "I want to be alone" kinda Beaches 
just waiting for you to discover. Many of or guests have. They mark 
them on our Island guide books which are starting to look like 
treasure maps. This makes everyday a precious new adventure just 
waiting for you to explore.

We are located near the majestic breathtaking Napali Coastline 
of the North Shore. The hiking, snokeling and sunset cruises along 
this coastline are unsurpassed.

To get to the east shore, south shore, and west shore just pull out 
of Princeville, make a left and the world is your oyster........ 

Vacation Rental Amenities

If an evening in of cooking at home or grilling on the Lanai is your 
thing, you will enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and Gas BBQ.

Designer sheets and towels are provided for your comfort.

Full size washer and Dryer.

Blowdryers located in both bathrooms. 
 
2 TV's, 2 vcr's and a DVD palyer /plus videos and DVD's for your 
viewing pleasure.

2 Stereo / CD players one for at home and one to take to the beach 
will surely help to set the mood.

A Day at The Beach you say... Beach chairs, Beach towels, Beach 
umbrella, Coolers, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear in both 
adult sizes and childrens sizes.

Don't miss our library of maps, trail guides, and activity books  
marked with all the best secret beaches and hottest snorkel spot's 
on the island.

heart desires.

$110.00 per night (3 night minimum) or $770.00 per week 
Monthly rates available upon request

$125.00 Mandatory Cleaning Fee
$300.00 Security Deposit
4.166% Hawaii State General Excise Tax
7.25% Transient Accomadation tax
