Vacation Rental Description

Our oceanfront condo home is ideally located on the 4th floor, high enough to reveal the full beach  
and ocean and to enjoy the playfulness of the dolphins.  From our exceptionally spacious balcony,  
experience stunning sunrises and enjoy the comforting shade from the mid-day sun.  Feast not only on  
the full easterly views of the Atlantic Ocean, but also enjoy the unspoiled expanse up the beach,  
north, as far as the eye can see.  Here, the mornings are frequently greeted by passing dolphins,  
and at dusk, the Brown Pelicans wing their way back to their roost. 
 
We bought our oceanfront condo in 2005, and in 2006, thoughtfully remodeled with the guidance of a  
professional designer.  We were inspired to create an indoor environment, when away from the beach  
or pool, meant as a luxurious retreat or oasis.  Our beachfront home surrounds you in relaxed  
elegance as each of the furnishings were selected for their beauty and comfort (each bedroom has  
premium queen-sized bedding, the sofa and chairs have down-filled cushions and the sofa converts to  
an air-pillow-top double bed).  The open-air configuration (from the kitchen, to the dining area, to  
the living room) allows for spectacular and unspoiled views of the ocean.  The spacious master  
bedroom, similarly, has an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean (and sliding glass door access to the  
balcony), and a private master bathroom, with double pocket doors to the enlarged bathroom and walk- 
in shower.  The large guest bedroom also enjoys the privacy of its own bathroom, including a tub and  
shower.  Everything is new - from the kitchen and its new appliances, to newly redesigned and  
decorated bathrooms, dining and living areas, and home furnishings. 
 
The healing influence of the sun, the peace (and power) of the ocean, and the discriminating  
comforts of our beachfront condominium home, all invite you here.  For the continued enjoyment of  
family and guests, please respect our request that there is NO SMOKING, no pets, and that we can  
accommodate no more than 6 people.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Secured Building Access; lovely Pool area, alongside the ocean; private garage with remote access;  
and on-site property management assistance. 
 
All linens for the bedrooms, bathrooms and beach are provided; enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen,  
including a full-size refrigerator and new stainless steel stove/oven, microwave and (quiet)  
dishwasher, as well as the small extras for cooking and comfort; TVs are located in the living room  
(hidden within the armoire) and in each bedroom; DVDs (x2) and VCR are available for use; books,  
boardgames and cards are also provided for evening enjoyment or as an escape from the mid-day sun. 
 
Beach chairs and umbrellas; Pool, putting green, and shuffleboard; two Beach Bikes for rides along  
the beach or through town. 
 
Additionally, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor of the building, as you may  
need or choose.

Spring (May): $1,200/week, plus taxes and cleaning fee 
Summer (June - September): $1,500/week, plus taxes and cleaning fee 
Holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day): $1,650/week, plus taxes and cleaning fee 
 
Minimum Weekly Rentals 
Departure Cleaning Fee: $70
