Monthly rentals $500.00 per Month PLUS electric
For the following months ONLY

Rental week :
7 days Saturday Checkin 2:00 PM /Saturday checkout 10:00 AM
Monthly :
First day of the month to the last day of the month.
A $200.00 Security Deposit will be required for each week, it will
be refunded after inspection and keys are returned.

A Cleaning Fee will be charged if the room is not left in the same
condition as found upon your arrival.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellation must be two weeks prior to first day of stay and refunded only if property is rented during your reserved stay.
