May weekly $600.00
June weekly $700.00   
July and August weekly $850.00
September weekly 7 days $750.00 
Irish Weekend: $750.00/wknd 

January through April MONTHLY $500.00 PLUS eletric

Rental week :
7 days Saturday  Checkin  2:00 PM /Saturday checkout 10:00 AM 
Monthly :
First day of the month to the last day of the month.

A $200.00 Security Deposit will be required for each week, it will 
be refunded after inspection and keys are returned.

A Cleaning Fee will be charged if the room is not left in the same 
condition as found upon your arrival.
