Vacation Rental Description

3 bedrooms, 3 bath, 2 fire places, double car garage.  Check in time 
is 3:00 pm or after the day of arrival and check out time is 11:00 am 
or before the day of departure.  There is a key lock-box at this home.
In case of cancellation, the deposit is refundable (less $100.00 
processing fee) 30 days prior and refundable thereafter subject to re-
booking.  Reservations are only confirmed and guranteed with the 
receipt of the $ 100.00 deposit and 50% of the rental.  The rental 
balance can be paid after you arrive at the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV, VCR an CD player.

Take pleasure with Margaritas in hand under your Palapas Bar and BBQ and relax in your own
private Jacuzzi in the back patio

Activities and Attractions

Guests can fish from the rocks, play in the tidal-pools, enjoy nearby 
golfing, surf, tan at the beach or the pool, go horseback riding or do
a ton of other activities.

Vacation Rental Rates

$ 225.00 a night     $ 1.350.00

Full week booking:   Stay 6 nights and your 7th day is free and the
deposit waived.
